Ce 7 mars 2016, les Ministres Maggie De Block et Willy Borsus ont présenté les nouvelles mesures fédérales pour soutenir et développer l'entrepreneuriat féminin.
Ces mesures tournent autour de 4 axes :
- La mise en place d'un baromètre de l'entrepreneuriat féminin. Ces statistiques vont enfin réellement mesurer et objectiver l'entrepreneuriat féminin. Elles vont permettre d'apporter des réponses ciblées aux besoins ainsi objectivés; de mesurer l'impact de ces réponses et donc l'impact de l'usage de l'argent public investit dans ces mesures.
- Le renforcement du statut social des indépendantes permettant ainsi une meilleure conciliation de la vie privée et de la vie entrepreneuriale avec entre autres l'extension en souplesse du congé de maternité et l'exonération du paiement des cotisations sociales avec maintien des droits pour le trimestre qui suit l'accouchement ! Une vraie innovation audacieuse et tellement attendue !
- La sensibilisation des différents acteurs financiers aux spécificités de l'entrepreneuriat féminin. Ici, en toute franchise, on attendait un peu plus d'audace. Par exemple, la possibilité de récompenser les acteurs financiers qui développent le financement de projets portés par des femmes entrepreneures ou, en miroir, la possibilité de sanctionner les acteurs financiers qui resteraient trop frileux par rapport à l'entrepreneuriat féminin.
- La formation et l'éducation des enfants très tôt à l'esprit d'entreprise mais aussi la formation sur les différents aspects de la création, de la gestion et de la transmission d'une entreprise.
Nous avons participé aux réunions de travail qui ont permis l'élaboration de ce plan entrepreneuriat féminin.
Nous resterons vigilant quant à sa réalisation. Et nous serons attentif aux mesures prises pour développer l'esprit d'entreprise chez les plus jeunes.
